Improve the precision of platelet spectrum quantitative analysis based on M plus N theory

Gang Li et al.

Summary: Platelets play a crucial role in blood coagulation and hemostasis, but their absorption spectrum characteristics are not obvious, affecting analysis results. By selecting the concentration distribution of two components as the training set, the prediction accuracy of the model can be effectively improved, leading to better performance.

Visible, near- and mid-infrared spectroscopy coupled with an innovative chemometric strategy to control apple puree quality

Weijie Lan et al.

Summary: The study successfully applied different spectroscopic techniques and modeling methods to trace the proportions of apple varieties in purees and predict the quality characteristics. The PLS models performed well in estimating the proportions of apple cultivars in mixtures, while MIRS technique was effective in predicting the quality of final purees based on spectral data of composed cultivars.

Modeling with Multiple Correlated Spectral Data Based on Approximating the Nonlinear Spectrum Induced by Scattering

Yongshun Luo et al.

Summary: A method is proposed in this paper to improve accuracy in spectral quantitative analysis by combining spectral data from different optical path lengths and giving lower weight to wavelengths greatly affected by scattering, resulting in increased prediction accuracy and insensitivity to scattering. Through experiments on strong scattering materials, the feasibility of the method was verified and showed significantly higher prediction accuracy compared to traditional and normalization methods.
