Adrenomedullin Attenuates Inflammation in White Adipose Tissue of Obese Rats Through Receptor-Mediated PKA Pathway

Hang-Bing Dai et al.

Summary: The study showed that ADM can significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory mediators in vWAT of obese rats and in LPS-stimulated adipocytes. Additionally, ADM inhibited the activation of inflammatory signaling pathways in adipocytes, and these effects were mediated by ADM receptors and PKA.
