Synthesis of pH and thermo-sensitive dendrimers based on MoS2 and magnetic nanoparticles for cisplatin drug delivery system by the near-infrared laser

Mohammad Javad Khodabakhshi et al.

Summary: In this study, a fifth generation of thermo-sensitive dendrimer based on magnetic MoS2 was synthesized for cisplatin drug delivery. The results showed that the release rate of cisplatin from the nanocarrier with smart polymer was higher than without smart polymer. Both NIR study and temperature/pH variations affected the release of cisplatin from the nanocarrier.
