The possibility of two-dimensional focusing of hard X-rays diffracted on an ideal crystalline plate is investigated in this study. The Laue geometry of diffraction is assumed, and the incident wave on the crystalline plate is delta-shaped in two mutually perpendicular directions. A Fresnel zone plate with elliptical zones is used for focusing, and numerical simulation of the focusing is performed.
The possibility of the two-dimensional focusing of hard X-rays diffracted on an ideal crystalline plate is considered. It is assumed that the Laue geometry of diffraction takes place, and the wave incident on the crystalline plate is delta-shaped in two mutually perpendicular directions in the plane tangential to the wave vector. A Fresnel zone plate with elliptical zones is used as a focusing device. Numerical simulation of the focusing is carried out.
