Summary: The in-house cell-based assay (CBA) showed excellent agreement with both the radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in detecting MuSK Abs in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). This indicates that the CBA is a reliable method for diagnosing MuSK MG.
