Comprehensive Analysis of Carotenoid Cleavage Dioxygenases Gene Family and Its Expression in Response to Abiotic Stress in Poplar

Summary: In this study, 23 CCD genes were identified from the Populus trichocarpa genome and their expression patterns were analyzed. The results showed that these genes displayed different tissue-specific expression patterns and were responsive to osmotic stress. The genome-wide identification of CCD genes provides a foundation for further investigating the regulation mechanism of osmotic stress and molecular breeding of poplar.

Identification of TALE Transcription Factor Family and Expression Patterns Related to Fruit Chloroplast Development in Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

Genome-Wide Analysis of NF-Y Genes in Potato and Functional Identification of StNF-YC9 in Drought Tolerance
