Summary: This paper reports the synthesis of a S, N co-doped carbon dot (C-dot)-functionalized WO3 nanostructure with ultra-high sensitivity and selectivity towards NO2 and H2S. The optimized pH value of 3 leads to the formation of uniform nanoneedle structures with high sensitivity. The addition of C-dots further enhances the sensitivity and selectivity of the WO3 nanoneedles. The composite material shows excellent sensitivity and stability at 150 degrees C and humidity up to 50%.

Large and Uniform Single Crystals of MoS2 Monolayers for ppb-Level NO2 Sensing
