Operadic approach to wall-crossing

Sergey Mozgovoy

Summary: Wall-crossing phenomena are common in algebraic geometry and theoretical physics, and encoding relevant information and tracking parameter changes require complicated transformation rules and combinatorial problems. This paper proposes a framework that conceptualizes these transformation rules and applies it to the proofs of wall-crossing formulas and attractor invariants.

Vafa-Witten Invariants from Exceptional Collections

Guillaume Beaujard et al.

Summary: This paragraph discusses supersymmetric D-branes supported on local Calabi-Yau threefolds, describing them using semi-stable coherent sheaves on a complex two-dimensional base, and explores the relationship between BPS indices and Vafa-Witten invariants. A general method for computing these invariants is developed by exploiting the isomorphism between coherent sheaves and representations of a specific quiver with potential. The paragraph also elaborates on the dictionary between different concepts and finds precise agreement with independent computations of Vafa-Witten invariants.

Strong positivity for quantum theta bases of quantum cluster algebras

Ben Davison et al.

Summary: This study constructs quantum theta bases, extends the set of skew-symmetric quantum cluster algebras, and proves the quantum strong cluster positivity conjecture with Laurent polynomials as structure constants. The classical limits recover the theta bases considered by Gross-Hacking-Keel-Kontsevich. This approach combines scattering diagram techniques with Donaldson-Thomas theory.
