Summary: The research showed that different plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) application methods significantly affect the yield and quality parameters of tomato plants in organic farming, with foliar application of B. megaterium M-3 bacteria resulting in the highest yield increase of around 20%. PGPR applications also led to an increase in plant nutrients and certain quality parameters in the fruit.

Effects of Bacterial Inoculated Tuff Material on Yield and Physiological Parameters of Grape (Vitis vinifera) Plant

Summary: The study showed that adding bacteria to tuff material can improve physiological parameters and yield of grape plants, increasing chlorophyll content, stomatal permeability, membrane permeability and photosynthesis levels. Additionally, the application led to an increase in antioxidant enzyme activity and certain plant hormones, while decreasing abscisic acid levels in leaves.
