Qiang Le et al.

Summary: This study prepared a submicron-sized Cu2O necklace-shaped polyacrylonitrile nanofiber composite membrane (Cu2O/PAN NFM) using electrospinning technology. The Cu2O/PAN NFM exhibited larger pore volume, higher tensile strength, and lower friction coefficient compared to PAN nanofiber membrane. It showed good static and dynamic adsorption capacities for thiophene simulated oil, fitting the Avrami model and Liu isotherm. Moreover, the Cu2O/PAN NFM maintained sustainable adsorption capacity and demonstrated excellent mechanical properties and separation efficiency, making it a promising material for adsorption desulfurization.
