Thermo-modulated nanofibrous skin covered janus membranes forefficient oil/water separation

Summary: A thermo-modulated nanofibrous skin covered Janus membrane with good antifouling ability and oil-water separation performance was successfully developed using a scalable synergetic electrospraying/electrospinning method. The membrane exhibited high flux and efficiency in separating oil/water mixtures, and demonstrated improved wettability and water permeability with temperature variation. It also showed excellent antifouling and cleaning ability due to its thermoresponsive property.
