Summary: The study found that in subacute stroke patients, there was no significant difference between Cw estimates using different Sfree measurement methods, such as the 10-m walking test, 6-minute walking test, or GaitRite system, and Cw values measured by a respiratory gas exchange analyzer. The test retest reliability was high, indicating that these methods are valid for estimating Cw in stroke survivors who can walk independently.
