Investigation of tyrosinase enzyme (from mushroom) inhibitory activities and antioxidant properties of new fluorine-containing phthalocyanines

Summary: In this study, a series of new phthalocyanines and metal-free phthalocyanines were synthesized and characterized using spectroscopic techniques. The synthesized molecules showed inhibitory activity against tyrosinase enzyme, with molecules 2b and 3b exhibiting good inhibition. Additionally, these molecules demonstrated moderate antioxidant activities.
