Combined influence of transfer distance, pace, handled mass and box height on spine loading and posture

Summary: The study found that increasing distance to more than 1 meter may lead to increased back loading, which is not recommended. On the other hand, the shorter distance of 0.5 meters generally reduces spine loading but may increase it for transfers varying in height. The effect of pace on reducing spine cumulative loading and increasing peak asymmetric loading is influenced by mass, height, and distance.
