Dual-Ferroelectric-Coupling-Engineered Two-Dimensional Transistors for Multifunctional In-Memory Computing

Neuron Circuits for Low-Power Spiking Neural Networks Using Time-To-First-Spike Encoding

Impact of vacancies and impurities on ferroelectricity in PVD- and ALD-grown HfO2 films
