Corneal Haze and Densitometry in Keratoconus after Collagen Cross-Linking by Three Different Protocols

Summary: The study evaluated postoperative corneal haze and corneal densitometry following three different corneal cross-linking protocols: standard, accelerated, and trans-epithelial (TE). Results showed significant differences in corneal densitometry between the groups at 3 and 6 months post-CXL, with the TE-CXL group showing better and earlier recovery from haze compared to the accelerated CXL group.
