Etiological profile and main imaging findings in patients with granulomatous diseases who underwent lung biopsy

Summary: The main etiologies found in patients with granulomatous lung diseases who underwent lung biopsy were fungal or mycobacterial infections, especially histoplasmosis and tuberculosis. The most common imaging finding was a nodular pattern with focal distribution, which showed substantial interreader agreement compared to other causes of granulomatous lung diseases.
