Improvement of responsivity of C:Se nanoparticles ablated on porous silicon

Duha H. Jwied et al.

Summary: The effectiveness of applying an external magnetic field in the C:Se/PS nanoparticles synthesized via pulsed Laser Ablation in 1064 nm laser wavelength was studied. The results showed that the application of a magnetic field decreased the average roughness of the specimens and increased the optical energy gap of the nanoparticles.
