Interface engineered silver nanoparticles decorated g-C3N4 nanosheets for textile based triboelectric nanogenerators as wearable power sources

Sayan Bayan et al.

Summary: In this study, a textile-based triboelectric nanogenerator (T-TENG) was developed using silver nanoparticles and a nylon layer. The T-TENG showed enhanced triboelectric characteristics and could generate high voltage and electrical output under mechanical agitation. The T-TENG also exhibited stability at higher operating temperatures and higher power conversion efficiency, making it a potential candidate for integration into textile-based wearable electronic devices.
