This study investigates the mixed convective oblique flow of a Casson fluid over a stretching surface in the presence of partial slip, internal heating with homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions. The governing physical problem is modelled and transformed into a set of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations by suitable transformations. The reduced nonlinear coupled system of ordinary differential equations is solved numerically with the help of shooting method keeping the convergence control of 10(-5) in computations. Effects of pertinent physical parameters on normal and tangential velocity profiles, temperature profile and concentration outlines are stated graphically. Concerned physical magnitudes like skin friction coefficients and local heat flux are investigated numerically. It is observed that concentration of chemical spices on surface decreases with an increase in slip parameter. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
