Curcumin and cancer; are long non-coding RNAs missing link?

Arezoo Gowhari Shabgah et al.

Summary: Despite progress in cancer treatment, global cancer prevalence and mortality continue to rise, with current anti-cancer agents showing limited effectiveness. Curcumin, a polyphenolic compound, has gained attention for its anti-cancer properties by modulating multiple cellular signaling pathways to hinder cancer cell development. Further research aims to enhance understanding of curcumin's anti-cancer effects for the development of therapeutic approaches in cancer treatment.
