The Impact of Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility on Dining Intention in US Restaurants: Focusing on Customers' Health

Summary: Despite little research conducted from the perspective of customers, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a significant impact on customers' perceptions and behaviors. This study aimed to examine the impact of customers' perceptions of CSR on dining intentions in US restaurants, and the results showed that CSR is positively correlated with customer satisfaction, and both customer satisfaction and trust are significantly related to brand equity.

Recommendations for improving college diets were also provided based on the results.
