Depression literacy and the related factors among a group of hospitals' staff in Iran

Summary: The study evaluated depression literacy among hospital staff at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, finding that those with higher education levels, female gender, and clinical backgrounds had higher depression literacy scores. The biggest gaps in depression literacy included difficulty distinguishing depression from other mental disorders and incorrect beliefs about suitable treatment approaches.
