Fresh food online shopping repurchase intention: the role of post-purchase customer experience and corporate image

Summary: The study found that four post-purchase OCE dimensions - product-in-hand, customer support, benefits, and packaging - significantly drive customers' repurchase intention by enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, for firms with a good corporate image, customer repurchase intention is more easily affected by post-purchase OCE than firms with a lower level of corporate image.

Summary: This study empirically tested a brand ownership framework based on psychological ownership theory, finding that participative brand development significantly influences brand ownership, which in turn plays an important role in affecting brand supportive behaviors. The study also revealed the moderating role of consumer perceived ethicality in the relationship between brand ownership and brand supportive behaviors, as well as the significant differences in the relationships between participative brand development and brand ownership based on social value orientation.
