Summary: The study revealed that during the COVID-19 epidemic, triage nurses' working experience mainly included fear of infection and transmission, high job pressure, sense of team cohesion, and care from leaders. Suggestions were made for nursing managers to ensure human resources, increase training, strengthen drills, improve nursing strategies, and enhance the response capability of triage nurses during epidemics.
