Largest sized enterolith ileus due to a duodenal diverticulum in a virgin abdomen causing small bowel obstruction

Summary: This case report describes a 73-year-old woman with a high BMI and no prior abdominal surgery history presenting with acute cognitive impairment. CT scan revealed an enterolith causing small bowel obstruction from a duodenal diverticulum. The patient underwent successful surgery and showed improvement in confusion and renal function, ultimately being discharged on day 14.
