Comparison of the C-MAC D-Blade videolaryngoscope and direct laryngoscope in pediatric patients: Randomized controlled trial

Summary: This study compared and evaluated the efficacy of C Mac D-Blade and Macintosh laryngoscope in pediatric patients, finding that C Mac D-Blade significantly reduced intubation time in cases of challenging airways. Therefore, videolaryngoscopes may be a preferable option for routine intubation, education, and managing difficult intubation scenarios.
