Non-invasive Clinical Measurement of Ocular Rigidity and Comparison to Biomechanical and Morphological Parameters in Glaucomatous and Healthy Subjects

Yanhui Ma et al.

Summary: Ocular rigidity was assessed non-invasively in a clinical setting using OCT video and OPA, revealing correlations with biomechanical and morphological characteristics of the eye. The measurement of ocular rigidity was validated by significant correlations with biomechanical parameters such as SP-HC and P/V ratio, demonstrating the importance of investigating ocular biomechanics in glaucoma.
