Influence of Light Conditions and Medium Composition on Morphophysiological Characteristics of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni In Vitro and In Vivo

Alla A. Shulgina et al.

Summary: The study investigated the influence of different conditions on the morphophysiological parameters of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, both in vitro and in vivo. It was found that plant growth regulators (PGRs) and light spectra significantly affected plant morphogenesis. Varying hormone concentrations and light treatments in the culture media led to improved growth and development of the plants.
