Ovarian extracellular matrix-based hydrogel for human ovarian follicle survival in vivo: A pilot work

Summary: The study developed an oECM hydrogel derived from decellularized bovine ovaries, capable of supporting human ovarian follicle survival and growth in vitro when combined with alginate. Increasing alginate content in the hydrogel improved follicle recovery rates, but did not significantly impact follicle viability or growth.
