Effect of annealing temperature on the electromagnetic properties of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 prepared by sol-gel process

Gu Liu et al.

Summary: La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 (LSMO) powder was prepared using the sol-gel method and the effects of annealing temperature (AT) on the crystal structure, magnetic properties, electromagnetic properties, and microwave absorption properties of LSMO were investigated. The results showed that the AT influenced the lattice constant, grain size, oxygen vacancies, magnetic behavior, electrical conductivity, and dielectric properties of LSMO. The optimal AT for achieving the maximum effective bandwidth and minimum reflection loss in different frequency ranges was determined. This study provides valuable information for regulating the electromagnetic properties of LSMO and meeting the microwave absorption requirements.
