'Joining a group was inspiring': a qualitative study of service users' experiences of yoga on social prescription

Participants reported various benefits across psychological, physical, and social domains, as well as increased confidence in self-management of health and positive lifestyle changes after attending the program. Unanticipated benefits of enjoyment and social connectedness emerged, facilitating ongoing attendance and practice.
