Wave Functional of the Universe and Time

Natalia Gorobey et al.

Summary: The proposed quantum theory of gravity is based on the wave functional concept, determining the physical wave functional through the quantum principle of least action. The solution is invariant under general covariant transformations of spacetime. The new formulation describes the evolution of the universe in terms of coordinate time and defines an invariant parameter for the evolutionary time of the universe.
