In vitro antiviral activity of stabilized chlorine dioxide containing oral care products

Remineralization and antibacterial/antibiofilm effects of toothpaste containing nanohydroxyapatite and Curcuma aeruginosa extract

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of nanohydroxyapatite and Curcuma aeruginosa toothpastes on tooth remineralization and antibacterial/antibiofilm activity. The interaction among toothpaste ingredients was found to be crucial in determining the remineralization and antibacterial/antibiofilm activities. The optimum toothpaste formula suggested by the prediction model showed improved remineralization and higher antibacterial/antibiofilm activity compared to the control.
