Summary: This article introduces a method for evaluating blockchain-based IoT healthcare Industry 4.0 systems based on multi-criteria decision-making. By using fuzzy weighting and spherical fuzzy sets, the security and privacy properties are weighted, and the systems are ranked using grey relational analysis-technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution and the bald eagle search optimization method. The results of the study indicate that access control is the most important security property, while integrity is the least important.

Identifying fraud in medical insurance based on blockchain and deep learning

Summary: With the rapid growth of medical costs, controlling medical expenses has become an important task for the Health Insurance Department. Traditional per-service payment methods in medical insurance lead to many unreasonable expenses. To address this issue, the use of single-disease payment mechanisms has become popular, but it also carries the risk of fraud. This study proposes a framework based on consortium blockchain and deep learning to identify fraud in medical insurance, automating the recognition of suspicious medical records and ensuring valid implementation of single-disease payments, while reducing the workload of medical insurance auditors.

Reverse osmosis (RO) and thermal desalination are common techniques, and the optimization process involves multiple units. Coupling renewable energy sources like wind and solar with reverse osmosis can reduce the environmental impact of desalination. The experimental results of water treatment and desalination are optimized using an artificial neural network (ANN) model.
