Effect of Supplementing Dairy Goat Diets With Rapeseed Oil or Sunflower Oil on Performance, Milk Composition, Milk Fatty Acid Profile, and in vitro Fermentation Kinetics

Einar Vargas-Bello-Perez et al.

Summary: This study investigated the effects of supplementing dairy goat diets with rapeseed oil and sunflower oil on milk composition and animal performance. The results showed that adding 4% rapeseed oil or sunflower oil to the diets did not compromise milk quality and animal performance.
