Impact of segmentation and discretization on radiomic features in 68Ga-DOTA-TOC PET/CT images of neuroendocrine tumor

Virginia Liberini et al.

Summary: This study investigated the impact of segmentation methods and intensity discretization on radiomic features (RFs) extraction from Ga-68-DOTA-TOC PET images in neuroendocrine tumor patients. The results showed that SAEB segmentation is a good alternative to manual segmentation, while discretization settings have a significant impact on RFs robustness.

The Value of SSTR2 Receptor-Targeted PET/CT in Proton Irradiation of Grade I Meningioma

Maciej J. Pelak et al.

Summary: SSTR2 receptor-targeted PET/CT is a valuable tool for planning particle therapy of incompletely resected meningioma. Using PET/CT in addition to MRI can improve tumor delineation and increase consistency between observers, reducing the likelihood of marginal misses.
