Interplay of immune components and their association with recurrent pregnancy loss

Raazia Tasadduq et al.

Summary: Maintenance of pregnancy is a complex process controlled by various developmental cues, with recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) defined as three or more consecutive pregnancy losses. Dysfunctions of the immune system have been identified as key contributors to RPL, particularly through alloimmune and autoimmune factors. Despite these known factors, more in-depth studies are needed to develop better diagnostic tools and management strategies for affected females.

The Role of Immune Cells in Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Dan Li et al.

Summary: Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) affects 1-2% of women of childbearing age, with unknown etiology likely linked to immune aberrancy. Research shows a connection between various immune cells and RSA, highlighting the importance of understanding their interactions for preventing RSA.
