Disposable carbon nanotube-based antifouling electrochemical sensors for detection of morphine in unprocessed coffee and milk

Novel three-dimensional graphene nanomesh prepared by facile electro-etching for improved electroanalytical performance for small biomolecules

The 3D-GNM exhibited well-separated oxidation peaks towards dopamine, uric acid, and ascorbic acid, and showed high sensitivity and selectivity for the determination of these substances in ternary mixture or biological samples.

Nanochannel Array on Electrochemically Polarized Screen Printed Carbon Electrode for Rapid and Sensitive Electrochemical Determination of Clozapine in Human Whole Blood

Summary: This study demonstrates a rapid and highly sensitive determination method for clozapine using a miniaturized, integrated, disposable electrochemical sensing platform with nanochannel arrays. By utilizing simple electrochemical polarization and electrochemically assisted self-assembly, the electrochemical performance of the carbon electrodes is enhanced, and a vertically ordered mesoporous silica nanomembrane film is formed on the surface. The developed sensor allows for direct and sensitive determination of clozapine in human blood, with dual signal amplification.

Summary: In this study, a reliable and miniaturized electrochemical sensor based on screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) equipped with vertically-ordered mesoporous silica-nanochannel film (VMSF) was developed to improve anti-interference ability and sensitivity. The sensor, modified with electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ErGO) as a conductive adhesion layer, demonstrated enhanced electrocatalytic performance and enabled sensitive detection of uric acid in human whole blood with low sample consumption.
