The results show that openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, and emotional stability have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial intention. Agreeableness has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Social support perception plays a mediating role between non-cognitive ability and entrepreneurial intention.

Results show that youths are hesitant to enter the business arena during times of crisis, but those who are more confident believe that entrepreneurship can provide greater satisfaction. Family and friends are the main driving factors for engaging in entrepreneurship, while previous work experience in a family business and lack of educational knowledge are inhibiting factors for establishing a new business.

The effect of action-based entrepreneurship education on intention to become an entrepreneur
