Summary: This paper investigates the further consequences of the conformal boundary condition in AdS/BCFT and derives the boundary central charges of the holographic Weyl anomaly. The study reveals the existence of non-trivial gravitational dynamics on the conformal and Dirichlet branes, which are closely related to the formation of islands.

Summary: Recently, boundary conformal field theories (BCFTs) have received much attention in the context of quantum gravity due to their dual relationship with gravity coupled to a heat bath CFT, known as the island model. This paper explores the properties of BCFTs and their application in braneworld holography by using the conformal bootstrap technique.

Summary: Recent work has shown how to obtain the Page curve of an evaporating black hole through holographic computations of entanglement entropy. The validity of these computations is justified using the replica trick and geometries with a spacetime wormhole connecting the different replicas. The Page transition is studied in detail in a simple model by summing replica geometries with different topologies. Related quantities are computed in less detail in more complicated models like JT gravity coupled to conformal matter and the SYK model. Additionally, a direct gravitational argument for entanglement wedge reconstruction is given using the explicit formula known as the Petz map, where the spacetime wormhole plays a significant role. The interpretation of the wormhole geometries as part of some ensemble average implicit in the gravity description is also discussed.

Summary: This article explores the tension between two concepts in holography and proposes a solution with holographic rememorization. By introducing an infrared boundary action, the reduced density matrix can be fully identified. The article also discovers an interesting connection with AdS/BCFT and provides a simple example of equivalence in this context.

Summary: In this paper, we investigate the equivalence between a boundary conformal field theory (BCFT) and a gravitational system by studying its duality relation in a two-dimensional setup. By examining the computation of entanglement entropy and energy flux conservation, we identify the dual two-dimensional gravity to the boundary dynamics of a BCFT. Furthermore, we demonstrate that one point functions can be correctly reproduced in the AdS/BCFT by considering a gravity solution with scalar fields turned on.

Summary: We derive a universal asymptotic formula for the average value of bulk-to-boundary and boundary Operator Product Expansion coefficients in two-dimensional Boundary CFTs with generic boundary conditions. The formula depends universally on the boundary entropy and central charge, and is not sensitive to other details of the theory.

Summary: In this paper, we investigate the bulk local states in the AdS/CFT correspondence in the large N limit using a formula explicitly relating the bulk local operators and the conformal field theory (CFT) local operators. We find that the bulk local state corresponds to a CFT state supported in the whole space, and on the other hand, CFT states supported in a space region are expressed in terms of the bulk states supported in a certain region. Despite resolving the puzzles of radial locality, the quantum error correction proposal is not realized in our analysis. An explicit realization of an analog of the Reeh-Schlieder theorem plays a crucial role in understanding the bulk local states.
