Summary: This study evaluated the effect of combined enzymes (lipase, cellulase, and proteinase K) on Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilm. The results showed that the combined enzymes significantly inhibited biofilm development, decreased the concentration of exopolysaccharide, and prevented the aggregation of microcolonies and adhesion of biofilm. The combined enzymes exhibited excellent inhibition effects on V. parahaemolyticus biofilm on different carriers.
