Summary: The study describes the results of an ongoing program in an academic radiology department to support small- to medium-size improvement projects led by frontline staff and leaders. With estimated costs and outcomes calculated for each project, results show that over two years, 73 participants completed 102 projects and generally viewed the program favorably.
