Mathematical analysis of hybrid mediated blood flow in stenosis narrow arteries

Azad Hussain et al.

Summary: This paper studies the behavior of blood flow under stenosis assumptions using Ag and Cu nanoparticles as the base fluid. The governing equations are modeled as PDEs and transformed into a set of ODEs using a useful similarity transformation. Numerical solutions are obtained for various parameters, and the results are presented in tables and graphs. It is found that increasing the concentration of nanoparticles increases blood velocity and decreases temperature. Additionally, the results show that increasing the flow parameter gamma leads to an increase in velocity.

Summary: The research examined the deposition of thermophoretic particles in the flow of hybrid nanofluid fuelled by rotating disk motion. The study converted estimated PDE's to ODEs with similarity transformations, solved by a numerical process, revealing changes in velocity, concentration, thermal profiles, and particle deposition behavior under different parameters. The results show that the movement speed of the disk and thermophoretic coefficient affect the rate of mass transfer.
