Integrated measures of lead and manganese exposure improve estimation of their joint effects on cognition in Italian school-age children

Summary: Through the study, it was found that joint exposure to Pb and Mn can have adverse effects on children's IQ, while individual exposure to each metal does not significantly impact IQ. Combining exposure data from different media can provide a more accurate estimation of the health effects of mixture exposure.
