Perceived Public Stress Among Jordanians During the COVID-19 Outbreak

Summary: This study aimed to determine the perceived stress level and factors associated with it in the Jordanian population during the COVID-19 outbreak. The results showed that perceived stress was increased in females, young adults, those who usually experience more stress due to health problems, increased perceived severity of the disease, increased overall worry score, and students worried about their studies/graduation. Perceived stress decreased if participants' self-rated health status score increased.
