This article describes a new extinct fungus beetle species found in Baltic amber, belonging to the extant Palaearctic genus Leiestes Chevrolat. The species was studied and illustrated in detail using X-ray micro-computed tomography (μCT), and a list of described Endomychidae species known from fossil resins (Baltic, Bitterfeld, Oise and Burmese ambers) was compiled.
