Perinatal outcomes in singleton pregnancies after in vitro fertilization cycles over 24 years

Summary: This study aimed to determine the impact of clinical practice and laboratory changes on perinatal outcomes after autologous in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles. Results showed a decrease in birth weight, rates of large for gestational age newborns, and preterm birth before 32 weeks across the entire cohort of IVF cycles over a 24-year period. Noteworthy practice changes have improved IVF outcomes for singleton births.
