PGAM1 regulates the glycolytic metabolism of SCs in tibetan sheep and its influence on the development of SCs

Xuejiao An et al.

Summary: The study found that the PGAM1 gene in Tibetan sheep can affect the proliferation and apoptosis of SCs in the testis and epididymis tissues, and regulate the formation and maturation of sperm by modulating the glycolytic metabolism pathway. This provides basic data for studying the function of PGAM1 in sheep testicular development.
