Effects of Vitamin D supplementation on resolution of fever and cough in children with pulmonary tuberculosis: A randomized double-blind controlled trial in Indonesia

Summary: This study showed that vitamin D supplementation can help accelerate the resolution of fever and cough in Indonesian children with pulmonary TB, as well as improve their nutritional status. Further research is needed to determine the appropriate supplementation levels for achieving normal vitamin D levels during the treatment of pulmonary TB in children.
